Greene
Ethan Greene has over twenty years experience litigating and resolving complex litigation. After a decade at a large law firm, Ethan was one of the founding partners at a smaller, boutique law firm, where he served as managing partner for the past five years. Ethan has represented numerous companies in the litigation and resolution of bet-the-company litigation, including some of the largest product liability and mass tort cases. He negotiated and implemented settlements of pharmaceutical, medical device, and other complex litigation through traditional resolution methods (such as settlements of individual cases through mediation) as well through innovative approaches to aggregate and class action settlements to resolve tens of thousands of cases. He worked on complex medical and scientific aspects of cases, including identifying, retaining, and working with consulting and testifying medical experts, and deposing treating physicians and doctors serving as expert witnesses. He has also served as a Special Master and independent neutral in federal and state court.
Ethan recently decided to utilize his extensive knowledge of complex litigation to represent individual plaintiffs. He is excited to bring his unique perspective as both a defense lawyer and independent neutral to benefit individual plaintiffs pursuing justice.
Ethan graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1999 (magna cum laude) and the University of Virginia School of Law in 2004. He is admitted to the bars of Texas, California, and Washington, D.C.
